New changes due to COVID-19
Before your appointment:
- Please fill out the new COVID-19 waiver (download here) and Client Questionnaire and Waiver (download here) - you may either scan and email this form back to me at [email protected] or bring a filled out copy. If you are unable to do either of these please let me know in advance.
- If in the last 2 weeks you have felt unwell (any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath), have had a fever of 100 or above in the last 24 hours, and/or have been around someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or has shown COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days. Please reschedule your appointment.
- Clients must enter alone (unless the guest is accompanying a minor)- there is no waiting room, so there is no room for other guests to sit and wait.
- Upon arrival please text The Stretch Solution at 413-224-8283 and wait in your car until I have replied that you may enter the building.
- I will be scanning and recording temperatures with a touchless thermometer upon arrival.
- Please enter the building wearing a mask or face covering, and leave on for the duration of your treatment. In the event that you cannot physically leave the mask on for the treatment I will instruct you on when to remove and put on your face covering or mask.
- Please wash hands upon entering - you may do so in the main lobby or in the bathroom.
